Adventure Scrapbook - Ayuthaya Thailand

Ayuthaya, Thailand served as the Siamese royal capitol and was one of Asia’s greatest, most powerful cities during the 13th and 14th centuries. Today, all that remains of this once thriving city of a million people, are fascinating ruins and amazing sculptures. There were very few other visitors when we toured the site, which made the experience all the more awe-inspiring and powerful.
