National Park #Free Entrance Day

In 2023, the National Park Service has five entrance fee-free days where all National Park Service sites that charge an entrance fee will offer free admission to everyone. The first one will be on January 16, 2023, Martin Luther King, Jr.’s birthday. Welcome to 2023! I’m not sorry to see 2022 in the review mirror. It was not a great year for me, to say the least, but I won’t go into detail because I’m determined to spend my energy looking forward. This year I plan to refocus on my neglected writing projects (more below), get out of town and explore the country and the open road, and reconnect with friends and family.
