Solitude and Social Distancing
Northern Wyoming can be a cold and brutal place with long
winters, but if you know where to look there are a few places where it might
just be a little warmer than others, especially in the shoulder seasons. There
are several small reservoirs – Middle, Upper, and West Fork Sand Coulee – in
Park County, Wyoming that are in a pretty desolate area. It can be hot and
frequented by rattlesnakes in the summer, but during almost any time of the
year, you can find solitude, or for now, ample social distancing.
