Pollinator Week June 19-25
According to the
USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service about 35 percent of the world’s food crops rely on animal
pollinators like bees, butterflies, birds, bats, and beetles and other insects
to reproduce. Without these animal pollinators our food supply would be
in jeopardy. National Pollinator Week runs from June 19-25. If you want to
