National Park #Free Entrance Day – June 19, 2025

In 2025, the National Park Service will waive entrance fees on six days. The next entrance fee-free day will be June 19, 2025. All National Park Service sites that charge an entrance fee will offer free admission to everyone. JUNE 2025 WRITING AND WANDERING #Newsletter

Welcome to my first newsletter of summer! This is the busiest time of year for me. I’m working on the yard and enjoying being able to finally get outside to recreate. We’ve planted the garden which is something I love tending to and harvesting throughout the summer. On top of the usual spring activities, I’ve released the fourth novel in The Beartooth Chronicles (more on that below). Mostly though, I’m just loving the warm temperatures and watching the landscape transition from winter brown to brilliant shades of green dotted with colorful flowers. I hope everyone has weathered the winter and has fun and exciting plans for the summer. WRITING The fourth novel in The Beartooth Chronicles , Evil Under the Mountain, was released on May 19. I am so excited for this one. It’s my favorite in the series so far, and I think it could be read as a stand-alone without much confusion if you don’t want to start with book 1, Refuge from the World .
