The Risky Research Series is about a deadly group, known as Coterie, that is out to control the diet, nutrition, and health product industry worth billions, and those who will stop and nothing to end their dangerous game. Each book in the series focuses on a different aspect of the industry from miracle weight loss pills, artificial sweeteners, to politics and lobbyists.
It all starts with A Dose of Danger. Coterie had operated under the radar until a researcher and her team discover what they believed to be a miracle weight loss pill, which makes them the target of this dangerous crime syndicate. With the researcher’s colleagues either dead, missing, or on the run she soon realized she must trust the local deputy with her life, but is uncertain if she can trust him with her heart.
Next, in A Taste of Tragedy, with Coterie’s trail growing cold, FBI agents Devyn Nash and Nick Melonis get a lead in an unexpected place. Nick’s ex-wife, Morgan Hunter, reaches out to him when she uncovers evidence that the healthy foods that she’s been hired to promote may be dangerous. As questions mount and the body count rises, she finds herself caught in the crosshairs of an organization that will stop at nothing to hide its secrets and protect its profits.
In A Foundation of Fear, FBI Agent Devyn Nash is nipping at the heels of Coterie. Find out if she can bring them to justice before they strike again while distracted by injury, a sexist bully, and a long-distance relationship with a handsome Wyoming sheriff.
In the fourth novel, A Measure of Madness, Coterie has been dealt a major blow and its members are forced to flee. Despite their vast resources, there is nowhere to hide from a relentless FBI Agent out for justice.
