#July 2023 – Mid-Summer #Newsletter

 

Since I post my newsletter on the first full Friday of the month, I missed the opportunity to wish everyone a happy Independence Day. I hope everyone had a great celebration and took a moment to think about what it means to be an American. Freedom in America means that every American is entitled to exercise their constitutional rights, not just those who happen to agree with a certain group and their ideals, morals, customs, and values. So, as we enjoy our freedom, remember to allow every American the same privilege and opportunity. Happy belated Fourth of July, and I hope you’re enjoying the summer season. 

WRITING NOTES AND NEWS

Thank you to everyone who took advantage of June’s Amazon Kindle monthly deals and downloaded any of my four novels that were chosen for the promo. If you missed out, most of my novels are also available through Kindle Unlimited.  

As I wait for the next step involved with the early 2024 release of the first novel of the four currently scheduled in my new young adult/new adult action-adventure dystopian series, I’ve begun writing the fifth novel. I’m so anxious to share the series with everyone.

WHAT I’M READING

The Tomb of Hercules by Andy McDermott. Hopefully, I’ll be done by the next newsletter, and I’ll let you know what I think. Unfortunately, I tend to get distracted from my reading quicker in the summer so it takes me a little longer to finish a novel.
