Important Dates in April 2022


April is a very important month for Christians. Palm Sunday begins Holy week leading up to Easter. On Good Friday, Jesus Christ died on the cross. He then arose from the dead on Easter Sunday morning. There are also a few other dates of note in April. Here’s what’s coming up. 

April 1 - April Fool's Day and National Walk to Work Day 

April 10 - Palm Sunday

April 15 - Good Friday and Passover begins at sundown

April 17 - Easter Sunday

April 18 - Patriot's Day 

April 22 - Earth Day (U.S.)

April 28 - Take Your Daughter to Work Day 

April 29 - Arbor Day
