Adventure Scrapbook – Thai Market

I’ve always loved spicy food, which initiated my infatuation with Thailand. Its cuisine is not only spicy, but flavorful in a way that allows the palate to taste each element of a dish, from basil, kafir lime, galangal root, ginger to the coconut milk used as a base for curries.  So, when I found the chili section in a Thai market, I thought I had at last found paradise.
